Menus & protocols
Six signature facials, each combining products from different collections.
The Reset
For stressed, dehydrated, or reactive skin with a compromised barrier.
| Step | Time | Products & technique |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanse 1: Foam | 3 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser worked into a foam on damp skin, massaged gently, then rinsed with lukewarm water. |
| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | EGF Barrier Micellar Cleanse. Spray on the face or on a cotton pad and wipe gently, paying special attention to the eye area to remove excess makeup; keeps the barrier calm. |
| Prep | 2 min | EGF Niacinamide Barrier Prep Toner, pressed in by hand. |
| Calm | 5 min | TECA-B5 Calming Recovery Pads applied directly to areas of redness or tightness for 3–5 minutes, then press the remaining essence in. |
| Treat | 10 min | EGF + HA Renewal Ampoule, massaged in with light, barrier-safe strokes. A good touchpoint for LED or cold globes if your spa offers them. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Target | 3 min | TECA-B5 Repair Ampoule, patted over areas of redness or sensitivity. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Mask | 10 min | Centella Barrier Restore Cream layered generously in mask mode; tissue off the excess. |
| Moisturize | 2 min | Centella Barrier Restore Cream for day appointments, or EGF Niacinamide Barrier Night Cream for evening appointments. |
| Protect (AM only) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. |
Send clients home with the EGF Niacinamide Barrier Prep Toner and Centella Barrier Restore Cream as an easy two-product barrier routine; add the TECA-B5 Soothing Recovery Gel for flare-ups.
Weekly in-spa for compromised or reactive skin during recovery; monthly for maintenance.
The Glow
For dull, uneven, or fatigued-looking skin, ahead of an event or as a seasonal refresh.
| Step | Time | Products & technique |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanse 1: Foam | 3 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser worked into a foam on damp skin, massaged gently, then rinsed with lukewarm water. |
| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | EGF Barrier Micellar Cleanse. Spray on the face or on a cotton pad and wipe gently, paying special attention to the eye area to remove excess makeup; a hydrating, non-stripping second cleanse that keeps skin comfortable before Vitamin C steps. |
| Tone | 2 min | Ascorbic Niacinamide Brightening Toner. |
| Treat | 10 min | Ascorbic Niacinamide Brightening Ampoule, pressed into skin. A good point for a gentle facial massage sequence to boost circulation and product penetration. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Mask | 12–15 min | Ascorbic Radiance Mask in an even layer, avoiding eye and lip areas; use the resting time for a hand or scalp massage add-on. |
| Eye Care | 2 min | Ascorbic Ceramide Eye Contour Cream, gently patted around the orbital bone. |
| Moisturize | 3 min | Ascorbic Ceramide Brightening Cream, followed by Edelweiss + Copper Peptide Day Cream for a firmed, luminous finish. |
| Protect (AM only) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. Vitamin C use raises the importance of daily sun protection. |
Emphasize daily SPF alongside Vitamin C use; recommend the Ascorbic Niacinamide Brightening Ampoule + Toner duo for at-home maintenance between visits.
Bi-weekly for active dullness or pigmentation concerns; monthly for glow maintenance.
The Refine
For congestion and texture, with a calming, rebuilding finish to offset exfoliation.
| Step | Time | Products & technique |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanse 1: Foam | 3 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser worked into a foam on damp skin, massaged gently, then rinsed with lukewarm water. |
| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | TriAcid Refining Micellar Cleanser. Spray on the face or on a cotton pad and wipe gently, paying special attention to the eye area to remove excess makeup; its AHA/BHA/PHA formula refines the look of pores and preps congested skin for resurfacing. |
| Tone | 2 min | Tri-Acid Refining Prep Toner. |
| Exfoliate | 5–8 min | Tri-Acid Ultra Peel Pads, wiped evenly and avoiding the eye area; monitor the client's skin response before proceeding to further active steps. |
| Treat | 8 min | Tri-Acid Pore Repair Ampoule, patted into targeted areas (T-zone, congested areas). Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Clarify | 5 min | BHA Cryo-Calm Refining Mask on the T-zone and congested areas; the cooling formula helps calm skin after acid exposure. Remove before the next step. |
| Rebuild | 10–15 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Mask in an even layer over the full face to rebuild and calm, then rinse. |
| Soothe | 3 min | TECA-B5 Soothing Recovery Gel applied evenly over the face and neck. |
| Moisturize | 2 min | Tri-Acid Resurfacing Cream, or substitute Centella Barrier Restore Cream if skin shows any sensitivity. |
| Protect (mandatory, AM) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. Broad-spectrum SPF is required after any acid-based service. |
Recommend the Tri-Acid Ultra Peel Pads + Refining Prep Toner duo for home maintenance, capped at 2–3 uses per week.
Every 2–3 weeks in-spa for congestion or texture concerns. Caution: avoid combining with additional professional exfoliation (microdermabrasion, other peels) in the same visit, or with retinoid home-use the night before.
Firming Renewal Facial
For loss of firmness, elasticity and radiance, and as a 'glow' service before an event.
| Step | Time | Products & technique |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanse 1: Foam | 3 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser worked into a foam on damp skin, massaged gently, then rinsed with lukewarm water. |
| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | EGF Barrier Micellar Cleanse. Spray on the face or on a cotton pad and wipe gently, paying special attention to the eye area to remove excess makeup; a soft, hydrating second cleanse that preps skin for peptide steps. |
| Tone | 2 min | Edelweiss Renewal Prep Toner. |
| Polish | 5 min | Diamond Peeling Gel from the Edelweiss Copper Peptide Glass-Skin Peel & Mask set, massaged for about 30 seconds per label directions, then rinsed. |
| Treat | 10 min | Edelweiss + Copper Tripeptide 300 Ampoule or Edelweiss Collagen Renewal Ampoule (alternate visit to visit, or select by concern: firmness vs. radiance); incorporate a lifting massage or gua sha sequence. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Boost | 5 min | PDRN Multi-Peptide EGF Ampoule, patted in; combine with light acupressure or facial cupping if offered. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Mask | 20–30 min | Glass-Skin sheet mask from the Edelweiss Copper Peptide Glass-Skin Peel & Mask set, smoothed flush to skin. An ideal step to pair with a hand, arm, or scalp massage add-on. |
| Finish | 5 min | Press remaining serum in, then apply Edelweiss + Copper Peptide Day Cream (or Night Cream for evening appointments). |
| Protect (AM only) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. |
Position this as the spa's premium anti-aging service; the Edelweiss Copper Peptide Glass-Skin Peel & Mask set makes a strong retail gift or set offer.
Every 2–4 weeks for firming maintenance.

| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | EGF Barrier Micellar Cleanse. Spray on the face or on a cotton pad and wipe gently, paying special attention to the eye area to remove excess makeup; a gentle, hydrating second cleanse that supports a calm, recovery-ready complexion. |
| Prep | 2 min | EGF Niacinamide Barrier Prep Toner, pressed in by hand. |
| Treat | 10 min | PDRN Multi-Peptide EGF Ampoule, patted in; combine with light acupressure or facial cupping if offered. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |

| Protect (AM only) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. |
Pair the PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser + PDRN Multi-Peptide Ceramide Repair Cream as an easy two-product retail starter.
Recommend as a course of 4–6 weekly sessions for best perceived results, then monthly maintenance.
Calm & Recovery Treatment
For post-procedure, environmentally stressed, or reactive and rosacea-prone skin.
| Step | Time | Products & technique |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanse 1: Foam | 2 min | PDRN Cellular Repair Cleanser worked into a foam on damp skin with light pressure, then rinsed with lukewarm water. |
| Cleanse 2: Micellar | 2 min | EGF Barrier Micellar Cleanse. Spray on a cotton pad and press and glide gently with no friction, taking extra care around the eye area to lift excess makeup; the gentlest option for reactive skin. |
| Calm | 5 min | TECA-B5 Calming Recovery Pads applied directly to areas of concern for 3–5 minutes per pad, then press remaining essence in. |
| Treat | 8 min | TECA-B5 Repair Ampoule, patted (not massaged) into skin. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Hydrate | 3 min | EGF + HA Renewal Ampoule, patted over the face. Can also be applied during micro-needling. |
| Soothe | 5 min | TECA-B5 Soothing Recovery Gel applied evenly over the face and neck and gently patted in until absorbed. |
| Recover | 10 min | TECA-B5 Barrier Recovery Cream applied generously. This protocol intentionally omits extended massage, extraction, or heat. |
| Protect (AM only) | 2 min | EGF Rich Sun Shield SPF50++. |
This is the line to retail immediately after any resurfacing, micro-needling, or laser service performed in-house; the TECA-B5 Soothing Recovery Gel is a lightweight option for morning and night use.
As needed post-procedure, or as a standalone calming treatment. Suggest clients avoid additional actives (retinoids, acids, extra Vitamin C) for 24–48 hours after this treatment.
Micro-needling
All Cellkoré ampoules can also be used during micro-needling services, performed only by trained professionals using sterile, single-use devices and in line with local regulations.
